3️⃣ Curriculum, Material Development & Evaluation (CMDE)

• Develops curriculum and academic materials
• Prepares teaching-learning materials (TLM)
• Designs assessment tools and evaluation techniques
• Supports textbook review and enrichment materials
• Promotes competency-based and child-centered education

4️⃣ Educational Technology (ET)

• Promotes use of ICT in teaching-learning
• Develops digital learning resources
• Trains teachers in audio-visual and multimedia tools
• Supports e-content creation and smart classroom practices

5️⃣ Work Experience (WE)

• Integrates SUPW / vocational activities
• Promotes skill-based and activity-based education
• Encourages craft, art, and productive work in schools
• Links education with life skills and community needs

6️⃣ District Resource Unit (DRU)

• Provides academic support to:
• Adult & Non-formal education
• Alternative schooling
• Community-based programmes
• Works with NGOs and local bodies
• Supports literacy and inclusive education initiatives

7️⃣ Planning & Management (P&M)

• Educational planning at district level
• Data collection and analysis
• Monitoring and supervision of programmes
• Academic and administrative coordination
• Supports district educational planning under national missions
